Steve, Laura and staff have always been excellent and, in our most recent sale of a town home, Laura demonstrated the advantage of her years of experience and many positive relationships. She specifically helped us work through a "low appraisal" problem, interacting directly with the buyer's agent and the appraiser to resolve the issue to the lender's satisfaction, saving the sale and closing as scheduled. Very impressed and highly recommend.
