I work as a commercial property manager and had just taken over a vacant building. J&S Security Services came to my rescue . They have amazing customer service and techs are friendly and work fast to get the job done but, they do not leave until they know everything is tested and working correctly. Looking forward to working with them again
If I could give negative stars I would. Completely unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest. After working with them for several years, I got an added a surprise if a $700 charge without warning. After researching other companies, $99-$199 is the norm for an install. We negotiated and agreed upon a $300 price and after receiving my check they shut down our service without warning leaving us unprotected and with an alarm sounding at our retail store and kept the next months payment as well.
