Really great service and value! Our water heater finally died and I called J&S. Brian was extremely helpful and I knew by talking with him that they would give us VIP treatment. The price he quoted me was very fair and there were no upcharges to worry about! The next day one of their employees texted me that if I was available, their techs could be there 2 hours earlier!! Customer service is what makes or breaks a company in my opinion. We had a little hiccup with a service call. But the customer service/follow up after the fact was exceptional. I will be calling J&S for my plumbing needs in the future.

Came out to service water heater, re-lite pilot and charged $135. Guess what no hot water. Came out again today, and said oh need new water heater. Wanted another $98. We told them bill us, they replied we will have to call police--REALLY
Great company. They're here right now fixing our sewer problems at 10 pm. Great service. Highly recommended!
