The work they completed didn’t solve my problem and they won’t return my calls. This whole experience has been so disappointing and now I’m looking to hire and pay someone come out and line the whole sewer line, which will fix the problem and also fix the rest of the job that j&s work did not fix.

Just got run off the road by this company’s van. If their workmanship is anything like his driving skills, I hope they go bankrupt.
Great service, no nonsense, explained about the broken part and what they were going to do to fix it and went an extra step, Explained the bill and gave me the discount even though I didn't have the coupon. They were able to come out the same night so i didn't have to worry about it over the weekend. Thanks.
It never fails Hot Water heaters always seem to go out at the worst time of the day or on a weekend or holiday. With that said I can't say enough about J&S and their response to our problem. Within 2 hours (on a Saturday) the team of Derek and Tito were at my house and in less than 2 hours removed and installed the new one which that included new piping and a valve. Great Job..
The Coldest day of the year, the month and in Illinois!! We called this company they came out it was a disaster. $198 for a turning knob for the tub and the problem wasn’t even solved. They were there to get the money and go to the next customer. It awful. It was 2 guys. 1 didn’t even talk. The money wasn’t even the issue we called to get help and we got what we paid for crappy service crappy attitudes. The turning handle was so loose he didn’t even want to take the time and fix it. Seriously, your company has wonderful workers! Anytime we need you guys: you come out quickly, are very friendly, professional, work clean, explain everything, and are thorough! I have recommended your company to many who have already used you guys. We just had to have some pipes underground replaced and you can't even tell you were here! I wish I could give you more stars, lol! But instead I will just tell everyone to call J&S Plumbing whenever they are in need!
