I went to this jewelry store to get the hook clip fixed on my earring and the next day when I went to wear them I found that the clasp part that the bar hook locks into was broken off; so I went back up there the very next day and complained to them that while they were fixing the hook they broke the clasp and that I know this because there was evidence that the clasp had been sautered.
