Everyone at J&S is friendly, courteous, and honest. They have done impeccable work on my and my partner's cars for the past year or so and are always willing to explain in layman's terms any problems they find and what the options are for repair/ replacements. They even sent me back to my dealership to have an engine problem fixed under warranty - saving me several hundred dollars - when they identified it. Carl and the guys were great! We were first time customers last week. They got our 2011 Ford Escape fixed up all in one day and for an amazing price! We will definitely be using them again when in need!

I consider myself lucky and grateful to have Joe and his staff (Carl and the rest of the mechanics) as my go to Auto shop/ mechanic. It's gotta be rough to break the news to someone that what has to be fixed in their car is a pricey one. I needed some serious work done. They're kind, considerate, honest, beyond fair in pricing and get the job done in great time. They go above and beyond to help you in anyway possible. I can tell ya, I'm an appreciative costumer and I will NEVER go any where else other than J&S auto.
