J. Riley was recommended to us by a friend that worked with them. We reached out after a large tree fell against our home in a storm. David came out immediately to help us secure our home against leaks and start the process with our home owners insurance. Repairs were extensive and included a soffit rebuild, new roof and siding and trim. So my wife called this company to come out over a month ago to give a quote on an enclosed patio roof. Never got a quote. Wife reached out to them, and they said they would send the quote over. If they We'll, it looks like we won't be doing business with them. If they can't give a quote in a timely manner, they could reach out to my wife and let her know. If i could have given them a 0-star review, I would have. I could not recommend this company. Don't waste your time trying to get a quote.
They ghosted us. They dragged us along for weeks. Whenever I reached out, they kept saying they were still working on the estimate for the insurance. I called the insurance and they told us that J Riley had reached out to them and wanted several thousand more for work that was not justifiable. I'm assuming they ghosted us because our project was not a big one, it was mainly an interior repair to a small roof issue. They did a nice job communicating the steps of the process and of course the completion of the roof. Out of the all the places I called for an estimate, only two came out. One came out the very next day (THIS COMPANY!) and one came out 3-4 days later. He took a lot of photos and showed me all the areas of concern. His prices are fair, and the workers respectful and helpful. Thank you!
Had a great experience with them! They worked with insurance for a smooth and quick process- super happy we went with them. Highly recommend!
