I discovered some water on bathrm floor a while back dripping down from the ceiling vent. Found J. Riley after a google search for best local roofers. David came over and then sent Adrian and Jose (vent expert!) to further diagnose issues. They found three diff areas that needed repair/replace. Adian showed me photos (taken on his phone of my problem areas) as well as explained very well! Work was done today! We used J Riley roofing to completely replace our flat roof section of our house. We worked with David and his crew. They were respectful of the property and worked quickly and cleaned up after the job. The job looks well done and was very fairly priced. They were extremely flexible and accommodating of our needs. Highly recommend them!
