**WARNING: DO NOT USE J&R TOWING - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!** If I could give J&R Towing zero stars, I would. This company is the worst, and I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid them. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and downright dishonest. Waited over 4 hours, called to get an update, no answer only to be texted back saying I’ll call you back.
Waited over 3 hours with no contact from them. They kept telling Roadside Assistant 20 more minutes but never showed. Would rate 0 stars if that was an option
