I would give this place a 10 star if possible! I called because my air was out and three other local companies that had looked at it kept saying I had to have an entirely new unit but wouldn't schedule dates to do it. I had no air conditioning from the beginning of July to September due to lightning striking my unit. I reached out to J & R and spoke with the very kind secretary and the next morning the tech called me back. They came out to my home, to see what needed to be done.
