I contacted this firm for a consultation regarding a serious and time-sensitive insurance issue. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. I was repeatedly cut off during the call and not given a fair opportunity to explain the situation in full. It felt like they were more interested in talking than actually listening.
