So my son and I purchased a 2010 Toyota Tundra 4x4 just last Friday from here. He drove it 3 days and the starter began slipping and wouldn't engage...we made appointment with the dealership and he took it in this morning and they wanted to charge him almost $1,000 for new starter!!!! We bought all the extra warranty and it has a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty on it too..,how freaking unbelievable of this place to sell us a 23,000 truck and he drives it 3 days and now they won't fix it under warranty!!!!! Great service and super happy with our new truck.
My husband and I stopped by about a month back to buy a new suv. We were approached my a female salesperson who never formally introduced herself. She was not friendly or helpful. I asked about a 4 runner that I had seen on their website and I was told that it wasn't here but maybe she could show me something. She opened the car and stood there like we were wasting her time.
