Called ahead to make sure they had the product I needed, but when I arrived at the location the clerk did not acknowledge me. Then after serving others said he did not have the product. Unprofessional and a waste of my time!

Super rude man at the counter! Simply asked for a discount on a cellphone case and was treated really bad! Unprofessional and I personally don’t recommend this place to anyone and since I know most business owners in the Hollywood area and Santa Monica Blvd , I’ll make sure everyone knows how rude this man was! Don’t go to this place , there are better places! J & O Mobile Cellphone is a waste of time! DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE 😠 SUPER BAD SERVICE!
