I'm a professional photographer of 14 years. Customer service is extremely important to me and stylist Adia Grimm has not only delivered top notch service to me but the 50 + high school seniors, wedding, engagement and boudoir clients that I send to her every year. Over the past 4 years I have not had any complaints of her artistic ability, professionalism, or quality of service!!! I would highly recommend her!!!!
J Michaels Salon does not guarantee their products and services. VERY DISAPPOINTED how they treated my daughter who spent almost $1,000 in hair extensions that fell out. She called the Salon to report the problem. She was treated rudely by the Mgr and the stylist expressed she would have to "eat it" if she made it right. Big Mistake...Huge! Better work at raising your bar of excellence!
Anita is the best! I always leave the salon feeling awesome!
