When a person has limited funds and wants to buy a 16-year-old vehicle, with no dents, scratches, dings, and wants to spend half of the asking price of a car which has been fully serviced and has a new optima battery, new inspection4 brand new tires, new brakes, and is a 4 wheel drive fully functional as well as being a classic. Sorry, we could not accommodate your request to negotiate price, but we trade older vehicles based on driveability and mechanical condition. If you have only less than a thousand to spend including tax and tags a 2003 Chevy Impala SS is not for you

Our new internet department makes every effort to help those people shopping on-line with a prompt response. Since my wife handles this department I can't fire her for one slow response, but I will make her sleep on the couch tonight.
Stated "We don't print a CARFAX until we know someone is serious about seeing the car". Did not make sense.
