While the staff evaluated our trade in, my husband was able to bring the car to me and allow our family time to test drive all together. Staff was not friendly, answered by few questions as we stood by a vehicle I was very interested in, I stated I was interested, and the person never offered to let me look at the vehicle,kept it locked. did not feel welcome.
