My husband and I are moving in June to J Marshall and have been pleased with the customer service from the nice ladies in the office. Calls to keep us updated and let us know important things. They have great attitudes and really know how to treat people. Management at The Springs at Memorial should take lessons from them on how you treat prospective tenants and current tenants.
