I have only had positive experiences with the customer service and maintenance staff. they have all made sure that I settled in fine, and took care of all my maintenance requests swiftly. It was great until the smoker downstairs moved in. Now I can never leave my window open or enjoy my patios without letting in the second hand smoke. I'm confused because the lease I signed said you aren't allowed to smoke near the building, but he is smoking on his patio. All day every day, no fresh air for me EVER.
Between the mouse, cheap appliances, leaking roof and weird brown stains on the walls, I can’t wait to move. I love my neighbors, but the cheap construction means that I hear every single step they take. And unfortunately moving early isn’t an option, because the 38 page lease includes addendums that lock you in for life...literally. Even if you DIE you are still responsible. 🤯 Edited to add September’s fun...another leak leads to mold.

Hey J Marshall Square! Our fire alarm will not stop beeping every thirty seconds, and we don’t have a latter so we can’t replace the battery! Your after hours service informed us that this situation doesn’t constitute an emergency maintenance request. Guess who won’t be getting any sleep tonight � and guess who won’t be renewing a lease � Oh yeah, and what did y’all do with my mail? Love the property and the service is awesome!
Nice place, but they need to quit flooding all the streets by over watering all the grass and flowers! The roads inside the apartment complex usually look like a river!
