J&M termite are amazing. I wanted a second opinion on a termite inspection for a house I was buying. The inspector, Louis, did a very thorough job. When J&M's report turned up a lot of work the first report hadn't, Louis talked me through the report and the findings on the phone, answering all my questions. I don't know much about the ins and outs of termite eradication so I'm very grateful that I found J & M. From the time I called, yup, I knew I had termites, but had a lot to manage to get fumigation done. Jeannie was reassuring, kind and patient with me over the phone (explained what had to be moved out for fumigation) and Scott, who came out for the inspection added to the pleasant experience.
