Returned customer. First service a year ago was okay. This time, got ghosted a couple of times. “I will check the report and get back to your and schedule” then nothing happened. No response to phone or email. Don’t waste your time with them. Find a better service provider.

J&M termite are amazing. I wanted a second opinion on a termite inspection for a house I was buying. The inspector, Louis, did a very thorough job. When J&M's report turned up a lot of work the first report hadn't, Louis talked me through the report and the findings on the phone, answering all my questions. Because of the second report, I was able to negotiate and make sure the sellers covered the cost of the required Section 1 work.
