I have never had a better experience with a contractor. Nick and Gilbert were just great all around the board. I will be telling everyone I know about my experience. I had quotes from Anyhour services, Whipple, and Black Diamond. And felt like I had been talking to a used car salesman. Gilbert was outstanding. He enjoys his work and it shows. Gifted with understanding HVAC systems and the physics involved. He can explain our weak spots and inefficiencies as well as the simple to not so simple methods to restore function. Can’t recommend him and J&M enough. Very satisfied overall. Thank you.
Nick is awesome: always responds very quickly & very skilled at all residential plumbing problems. We had an emergency - had to shut off all water to our house because of a pinhole leak into our basement. Called Nick on Sunday afternoon & he came Monday & fixed the problem. He's the 3rd generation in his family business. Highly recommend!
Nick is always extremely professional and helpful with explanations, works quickly, and does an excellent job every time. I've had no shortage of plumbing issues in an older home and will continue to use J & M for the prompt service and incredible work they do.
