Super pleased with the service and repair we received from J&M Plumbing Hearing & Air. They came highly recommended from our friends (Abby and Arion) as a second opinion when we received news from another service provider who said we needed a whole new system (furnace and air conditioner). I have never had a better experience with a contractor. Nick and Gilbert were just great all around the board. I will be telling everyone I know about my experience. I had quotes for Anyhour services, Whipple, and Black Diamond. And felt like I had been talking to a used car salesman. If you want a great product, great service, and a much better price, try J & M. We had a leak because our drain line cracked. We called J & M and they sent a plumber (Nick) out that day. They gave us a very fair price for a bathroom remodel and new water heater. They fit us in to their schedule and we were able to get all the work done right before Christmas. Nick was very knowledgeable and did phenomenal work. We will definitely use this company again in the future!

I called J & M Plumbing for an appointment to unclog a bathroom sink. The receptionist was very helpful and considerate. Plumber Nick showed up right on time and worked on the sink, he cleaned up after himself and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and very nice to work with. We then asked if he could look at another sink if he had the time to do it. He did and fixed it perfectly like the other one.
