RecommendedI always come by for the ribeyes, ended up leaving with a tomahawk! It was tender juicy and cooked better than I thought it would. The guys at the shop said 40 min grill time, so thats what I did. Just a hair short of medium rare and was perfect. Try out the tomahawk steak, fed three people and was an excellent recommendation.! Thanks guys!

James and Hunter always have a great selection. They take great pride in what they offer, and you can tell by the quality of meat or fish you get from them. I’ve always purchased meats in the past with a couple of prepared sides, but recently purchased ahi tuna and smoked salmon. The tuna was the BEST quality I’ve had anywhere. Love their smoked bacon. Bought 30 pounds for a family reunion and it went quickly. Have also had steaks from there and never had a problem with them. My coworkers thought th y were great.
