I always buy my Grouper and other fish here. I tried their Cajun Sausage on my grill. It was seasoned perfectly. Most places will overpower you with cayenne pepper in their Cajun products. Not J&M. Take it from this New Orleans transplant, you must try the Cajun Sausage.
I bought a Pork Butt yesterday and smoked it for 10 hours and I have never had a BETTER QUALITY PORK BUTT IN MY 55 years of cooking!!! Thanks James!!!!! CHEAP IS NOT GOOD AND GOOD IS NOT CHEAP!!!!
