I can assure you I am not a competitor, I am a dentist in Massachusetts. I have had my cavitron repaired by them and I bought a refurbished unit from them. Both units the solenoid keeps crapping out after only a few months. I’ve sent them both back under warranty, at my own shipping cost (which is ludicrous). They keep breaking. Have to believe they’re just using bad parts or don’t know what they’re doing. I have worked with them on multiple repairs and purchases with fantastic results and service! How sad to see that there are so many false negative reviews. Would highly recommend them!
