I recently purchased a 2001 Honda Civic. I worked with Fred and he was great. The service at E-Z way Auto in Lincolnton is top notch!! They were all very helpful, and curteous. I would recommend them to everyone I know, not only did they give great customer service, they filled up my gas tank, which at these gas prices, means alot. I got a great warranty on my car as well. Again, if anyone needs to purchase a car I highly recommend E-Z Way Auto and ask for Fred, he is great!

told the employee I DID NOT WANT TO PUT THE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD AND WOULD PAY CASH he told me he just needed my credit card info then swiped my card saying it would JUST SHOW MY INFOMATION instead it charged my card !!! Looking for a fight rent here. The staff acts like bullies from a reality TV shows. Have best prices but the staff is looking to fight.
I recently purchased a 2004 Dodge Ram from E-Z Way. The folks at E-Z Way were great to work with. From the initial credit application that I completed online, to finalizing the deal every step of the way was made E-Z by this group of people. TERRIBLE service. The salesperson who attended to us was rude and inefficient. He had to re enter our transaction since he messed up the first time. To add to that he had another worker hitch up our car to the trailer and after it was done, said it was the wrong trailer and made us take the car off the trailer, had the other sales person hook up a different trailer to the truck and had us put the car back on the new trailer.
