We purchased a car from EZ Way in Morganton the experience with Gator and the ladies in the office was a great one. They were always friendly and answered all of our questions with no issues. I would recommend this car lot to my friends and family. The paymetns are decent for the car that we bought and luckily we found a very nice SUV with 60.000 miles on it :) Im very happy with our purchase.
Shavon Granger the internet consultant for E-Z way auto sales helped me get approved for the vehicle that I needed and wanted. She was very nice and helpful. I have bought from E-Z way before and I have nothing but good things to say about E-Z way. It is just that they make it easy to buy a car truck or suv. If someone has something negative to say they are probably just negative people. This place might have been around a long time but, My mother and I was purchasing a Camaro from there. Yes their cars look sharp and run good...FOR AWHILE..(We had ours for a little over a year)...My water pump had to be replaced and wasnt covered by the warranty i had purchased for \$400 and the car eventually tore up every other month and had to be repaired. \$400 a month is steep enough then \$200 more to get things fixed. I just purchased my second vehcile from e-z way auto sales and I love it. When I purchased my first car from here back in 2005 I was told from a friend to come and check out their cars because she stated she had no problems with their use cars and I did. I still have the first car that I bought from ez way back in 2005 with no problems whatsoever. The second car I just bought is for my sixteen year old daughter. I advise anyone who is looking to buy use instead of new E-Z WAY auto sales is the way to go.
This place would get a negative rating if i could. This place is nothing but crooks. They are in business because people dont do their homework. I went by there with my mother when she was in the market for a newer van. I had just purchased mine and she liked it. We were approached and they began to show us cars we didnt even want to see. We traded a truck that was paid for and still had to pay some extra cash to get our van from Hickory lot.Then knowing and telling us they will help us out we ended up paying \$340 a month for our van and two days later the power window messed up and will not go up or down its off the track.The heater and A/C switch broke also.
