I am deeply disappointed and appalled by the experience my mother and I had at Dr. J. Leonard Dire’s office. My mother, who was recently hospitalized for several days due to COVID and cardiovascular issues, was extremely anxious about her follow-up appointment. Unfortunately, her nervousness was met with blatant rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Dr. Dire and his staff are all amazing, good and professional people. My father was hospitalized last year and Dr. Dire was there as soon as my father was taken to the emergency room from our home. From the beginning he was there several times a week checking on my father. He made us feel their was hope for him after this life changing moment in my family's life.
