I do business with J K Properties and they are great professional people. Also I love the office holidays decorations.
Great place to live
Repairs never done. Gates never work. No manager on site. Slum-lord corporation that knows the law so you have no recourse. Also, will raise your rent 10% every year.
Worst apartment, no repairs made ever. Bare rotting plywood floors in Hallway. No working doors or gates in building, gang members and transients in Hallway all day every day. No manager. No help from leasing agent. DEFINITION OF SLUMLORDS. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to live here. Proceed with extreme caution.
