This shop is awesome! They care about their customers on a personal level. When a family member of ours was in the hospital for an urgent emergency surgery, their shop was closing, but the owner offered to fill our order and hand deliver! It’s rare to find that kind of customer service in today’s world. Top notch!!!!
Jonas disappointed! Had used him twice before to place a saddle on Mom’s grave. Her birthday was 7/2, texted him (which is what he requested I do) two weeks in advance to order one. He texted he would call the next day for payment. Never heard from him. I guess you just don’t know how to run a business. If you don’t want the business, just say so.
Great service & beautiful flowers! Highly recommend!
Owner agreed to provide flowers for my event as saleable goods. In exchange his business name in two of the local papers as well as all of our event media. Never brought flowers or showed up for the whole month of the event! Kept making excuses and false promises for next time. Absolutely unprofessional!
