I chose this flower shop because I wanted to support a local small business. Went in to order an arrangement for my nephews funeral service. Decided on something I thought would be simple....1 dozen white roses. Told him day & time of service and he said the flowers would be there. Service was at 9am... no flowers! Called them at 915, lady that answered said that she was working on the arrangement right at that moment. Flowers arrived about 45 minutes later. SHAME ON THEM!!! Flowers for a sweet baby celebration at work this past Saturday. J & K did a lovely job bringing the color to create a vibrant ambience.
My wife and I stayed in a home for a couple nights to enjoy the Lake for her birthday. A gorgeous arrangement, yummy chocolates, and a balloon were awaiting on the porch when we walked back from our first quick trip to the lake. A wonderful surprise for her! I called to confirm if delivery was possible outside their normal store hours, and placed the order after I was assured that a late afternoon Wednesday delivery was possible. Great service!
This shop is awesome! They care about their customers on a personal level. When a family member of ours was in the hospital for an urgent emergency surgery, their shop was closing, but the owner offered to fill our order and hand deliver! It’s rare to find that kind of customer service in today’s world. Top notch!!!!
