The staff is so knowledgeable and nice! They always interact with the kids while they are cutting their hair, asking about their day and at the same time providing a fantastic hair cut! They are fast but thorough and my kid's love the movies and picking it their favorite chair!

My hubby and I went for our son's first haircut. He was fussy but his stylist, Maria, did an amazing job! We love his new hair-do! I love the service and I love the place!
Walked in this afternoon without an appointment and waited maybe 15 minutes. I knew with it being spring break and Easter this weekend it would be busy. The staff were very friendly and still able to fit us in. The wait wasn't bad at all especially since they have a play area with a slide, play kitchen and gaming area. Carissa did an excellent job on my son's hair even with him squirming on my lap. We will definitely be back!

I called when they first opened on a Monday morning and explained to the lady who answered that we just passing through Raleigh for the day and really wanted to give my kids haircuts. The lady was so nice and they accommodated all 4 of my kids ages 6, 4, 2 1/2 and 10 months (first haircut). The place is cute and the all of the ladies were soooo nice. If we lived in the area this would be our go to place for kid haircuts. If we are ever back in Raleigh we'll be going back to JJ's.
