RecommendedThey helped a neighbor clear 5 firs this morning in 2.5 hours with no issue. Tree topper, Ty, was awesome :) and offered up some wood chips for our yard on their way out. Would definitely hire ourselves.
We had a cat stuck in a tree for over a week. No one else in town (or even out of town) would help. Jason from J&J was amazing and spoke softly to her the whole time, stayed calm even when she freaked out and peed on him and was very professional. Thank you so much! Called and got a quote everything went well during consultation that’s why we moved forward to give them the job. When we called to schedule the service they gave us a time and date, so I took the day off work to be present and pay. They day of service they didn’t show up call or anything. They called my husband to re-schedule the next day saying that another job came up and that they would do it another day. We had a great experience with Jason and J & J tree and stump removal. The crew he sent was awesome. Had our tree down and gone in about an hour for a very reasonable fee. 5 stars here.
Jason and his crew came out to the Iris Festival grounds and provided several areas of service from tree trimming, removal and clean up. His crew was prompt and professional and his rates are very competitive.
Blocking driveways seems to be the only thing they are good at.
Blocking my driveway for servicing another house! Have some respect and move your damn truck In front of the house your servicing.
Very, very disappointed in the service received from J & J. Horrible communication. They had to come out several different times because they only did part of the job. When they ground down the stumps, they actually took out a large section of our sprinkler system. I had to constantly follow-up with Jason because he wasn't returning phone calls.
