Do NOT deal with this company. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. It has been almost 3 months since we moved out of the storage unit. It was spotless and I took pictures. I was told that they would send the deposit but it can be up to 30 days. I’ve called every 3 weeks and always get the run around and told they are “ busy”. Who isn’t?!? JnJ STORTHIEVES! Not storage. I rented unit for two years. The units are clean the owners are not. Dirty thieves. I paid on time every month. Notified them a month early when leaving. Never received the deposit back. After getting the runaround by the "staff". I was told the unit was dirty and they were keeping my money. I have pictures of the unit in clean condition after move out. (image attached)... Do not do business with these crooks unless you are ok with being taken advantage of.
Nice people and really clean/dry units at a decent rate.
