My nail tech was very accommodating to what I wanted. He used vitamin E serum along with the lotion and then a hot towel. Best hand massage ever!
I came in for dip and selected color Solid 1 shown in the swatch photo. As the nail tech was working, I said that the shade was looking a lot brighter than the one I chose and mine was darker. It seemed like he was taking it off which he wasn't. The manager came over and told me the swatch is always a little darker. See huge difference in photos. Looks more similar to solid 3. I will not be going back ever again. Poor customer service.
Love J&J salon!! The only place I go. They have absolutely the best pedicures and it is a very relaxing experience. Reasonably priced also.
Just got my nails and toes done! Awesome experience! I definitely felt the pricing was fair—which is rare because I feel like a lot of shops over price for a lot of services! Lily did my toes and nails. She was gentle but effective. The owner is very sweet and welcoming! I could hear every custom that left was satisfied! I felt very comfortable!
