We weren’t expecting our water heater to fail but thank goodness for J & J Heating and Air! Not only did they do a same day replacement for our water heater but also were able to troubleshoot our HVAC unit and replace it the next day. Technicians and office staff are very knowledgeable, super friendly, and pleasant to work with. Prices are very reasonable too. Big shoutout to J&J Heating Air Plumbing ! I was having kitchen sink draining issues. My sorry hand crank snake wasn’t good enough to clean out the line so I made a call to Joel Sizemore and he had a technician over in less than 2 hours to get me squared away. The technician Mason was extremely professional and made sure to not make a mess and also cleaned up just the little bit of water that was dripping. I have been very pleased with J & J on the plumbing and the HVAC side.
Joel and his team is an amazing company to work with. Let’s face it, all of us hate it when our AC goes out and we have to come out of pocket but it’s nice to have someone like J&J to rely on to help you get your AC unit fixed and running tip top shape! I highly recommend them for all of your heating and air needs! They go above and beyond to take care of the customer!
