I have been trying to call to fix all my issues in my plumbing, no calls have been returned. Very lousy and sloppy job

Plumbers came out to fix low water flow in my shower. Charged me $1500 to replace my shower valve and it didn't fix the issue. Then told me it would be an additional $3900. They didn't diagnose the issue properly.
