Worst customer service! First agent didn't want to help me find the part I was TRYING to ask about. She hung up on me in the middle of me asking a question. I called back and got another agent. She was a BIT more patient but told me to go to WalMart or BestBuy. When I said I needed help in trying to figure out what to buy she said I needed to TELL HER what I needed and that she could not tell me what to do. I hope that Samsung reads these because these people at J&J Parts are representing Samsung and has no sense of owning t... read more
