I contacted J&J auto looking for automobile to purchase and was placed in contact of Robert Goodwin. He was ABSOLUTELY the Worst! He automatically assumed I didnt know anything about cars (as I'm a mechanic, and am very knowledgeable), neither here or there, and proceeded to attempt to discourage me as I'm a female. In addition he assume l was a crook and that I'm probably "one of those people that likes to scam the government " because of my ethnic back ground. My son just bought a 2005 Expedition this past Saturday. The salesman said we could test drive it around the local area but do not take it out on the interstate. That should of been a clue. Drove it around the area it did fine with speeds up to 50mph. Needed to add brake fluid. After purchase, took it home down the interstate, Once up to 70 mph, it started stuttering upon acceleraltion and shaking. Nice cars and nice people!
Saleman was very friendly and actually listened to what we were looking to do. We just have not decided yet. We have a couple other autos I want to look at before making our selection.
