Donya at J&J. Was most helpful. I initially began our conversation on text and she responded with all of my questions very quickly and accurately. I then called her up given that I was happy with the results of her answers and spoke with her regarding the purchase. She was most accommodating and very friendly and took care of all my needs very efficiently The manner in which I was able to make this purchase was phenomenal. I would recommend these people any day of the week
Kept my money. Lost my business. Charged me $120 to Google my model # and tell me it’s too old to get parts for. Was here 5 minutes. They could have gotten the model # when I called. I’m furious.
I went to the Pine location and Kevin was most helpful. He sold me a great refrigerator with friendly service. There was a stinky situation with the fridge. Darren took care of me with a similar replacement to the one I bought. It’s nicer than the one I bought actually. I will be back for a washer/dryer.
Took my Aunt in for a good used refrigerator. Sales staff at both locations were friendly and helpful. Thanks to J&J for answering all our questions and concerns and providing a good selection of refrigerators that were checked out and ready for re-use.
