I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were supposed to be back on Monday to finish up the job. That was our old house and we have been in our new house for almost 2 years! I even confronted Jay at Menards I was supposed to go the next day to collect my money. They were closed! After several attempts and phone calls I gave up! But they screwed themselves. My aunt paid like $4000 for a new waterline and they didn’t come back to regrade the ground after it settled. They left rocks , & cut pieces of roots in the yard. I believe that much money you should finish the job.
Very nice people to deal with. I have called with questions dealing with the former owner of my house about how things needed to be serviced and always got a straight answer. They have pumped my holding tank also and did a great job with that also.
Last night I had an issue with in my basement and had the guys from J. Higgins Plumbing & Septic Co. come take a look. They were able to sort the initial issue last night, but this morning a similar issue came up so I had to call them back....literally 30 minutes after I called...on a Saturday morning, they were back out here to track down the new issue and solved it.
