We have had some issues for about the past month but got worse recently so they squeezed us in on a Saturday to get us fixed. They promised us they wouldn’t leave until we were up and running and they didn’t disappoint. This is the second time we have had major work done by them and again, they did an amazing job. They had our best interest at heart and kept working until a good solution was found. If you want great local honest people working on your property, call them!
Higgins is the best! We've tried many, and now we will use no one else. Fair prices, quality service, and they get they when they say they will---and quickly! We won't use anyone else!
I called J. Higgins about a leaking water line inside my house. They answered on the 2nd ring and had someone at my door within an hour. Due to where the water was coming from I was worried that it may take several attempts that included cutting different areas of dry wall, ceiling etc. to find it but Mike used his years of experience and figured it out on the first try and had it fixed fast! The price was very fair and reasonable for a last minute call and for all the work involved. Very pleased!!! Thanks Mike!!
I’m so thankful that these guys even called me back! After calling at least seven different plumbers, from Park Hills to Festus,and either not receiving a call back or led on that others would fix our pipes that busted and never did. They came to my daughters house, and had the busted pipes fixed that day. I will never use any other plumber! This company is the best, and really do care.
Jason came out the same day that I called and had the problem fixed in under 30 minutes. He cleaned up the entire area and made sure I was satisfied with the speed of the water draining before he left. You can’t ask any more out of a professional than that. Highly recommended!
