Needed some hair help, sat down in the chair and discussed with Katie what I wanted and how to undo what someone else had done. And just like that my hair was transformed into something I've always wanted! Such a wonderful and professional team working there!

The people at J Henry are exceptionally sweet. They worked with me when I went back in for a fix-up and the atmosphere is so clean and customer-focused (immediately, you are offered and served tea). They are also a training place, so if you're on a tight budget - like I usually am - you can request an associate stylist with lower rates. Overall, definitely a leveling-up, Level 5 experience.
