I came in needing my roots done. To be fair I had grown them out over 7 months. I went to two different appointments and my roots were still blonder than the rest of my hair. I finally went back to my former stylist after these two tries, and she could not understand why no one just did my roots. I got all these treatments that barely did anything, and all I really wanted was my roots done.

I had a haircut by Tamiko, I showed her a picture of what I wanted, we discussed length and style and she said it was an easy haircut to do. However, it came out horrible. It was cut way too short, the “bob” was more of a blunt cut with no angles at all. The cut was supposed to be touching the top of my shoulders but she cut it above my ears. Very upset with how it came out. Now it’s too short to even style and I have to wait months for my hair to grow out. Photo of what I wanted followed by what I ended up with.

A few things really stood out to me about this salon, and Brooke Day. Not only is Brooke talented, but she is very informative. She explained the ‘whys’ and ‘hows’ of coloring my hair specifically, and made a suggestion to change up my normal routine - which I went with btw - and WOW. I would highly recommend on that experience alone. First off the coffee was extremely terrible, im not sure why a place this expensive cant get a decent cup of coffee. Didnt have the heart to tell my stylist how bad my hair really was.

I do not recommend Katie. She got my name wrong and acted all confused like I wasn't supposed to be there and asked me for my name and what I was there for. I went in for a blow out and she didnt say one word the entire time, and asked me how I wanted my hair I said a blow out and she said just smooth straight? Then she proceeded to curl my hair? When I told her I just didnt want any curls, she said ok. Then after she finished blow drying she asked me if I wanted any finishing products in my hair..I always thought that was a... read more

I switched hair dressers months ago and started seeing Travis. My experience with him has been amazing ! He's always so accommodating to my schedule and fitting me in. I am always smiling when I leave the salon because of the beautiful work he does. Thank you !!!
