The elevator is always out of order. One day it works and the next day it doesn't work. This is unfair to seniors who live on the upper floors and can't work down the stairs, as well as the whole senior community living at this location. Management is failing to correct the problem. This is ongoing unsafe and unfair to the seniors living there.
