We had a really frustratingly long lead time due to installer vacation and a hurricane slowing production and shipping. Once the blinds were installed, we were so happy with the look and function...until two short weeks later when two of our shades failed. We heard a cracking sound and two of three grouped shades fell to their full length, folding up on the sill. We can still raise and lower one shade, but the other two will not move. Awesome experience from start to finish. Hands down better than any other window shade solution I have found. The overall design is the best I have seen and they had tons of fabric to choose from.
Loving the new shades... and what a difference! Sleek, contemporary, functional... I could go on and on. Brandon did a wonderful job steering me in the right direction. And could not have asked for better installers than Justin and Austin! Look no further than J Geiger!
