They got my alternator fixed in a day at a very reasonable price. The receptionist was very nice and explained everything thoroughly! I will definitely go back here if I have car issues in the future

I had a new motor put in my Ford F-150.... they had it a little over 2 wks. I drove it 5 miles an a wire got on the exhaust shut the truck down on Raceway an Rockville rd during rush hour. I immediately called John the owner he came extremely quick to help me. He towed it back to his shop an his mechanic Brian came in on Saturday to fix it before he left for vacation. This shop is absolutely wonderful!!!! They've definitely got all of my business. ...Nothing but excellence!!!!!
I’m a first timer to J&F but they have all of my auto repairs in the future. It’s very refreshing to know that there are still businesses like J&F that have integrity, respect for customers and extremely knowledgeable employees. The mechanic (I believe his name is Brian) showed me exactly what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it and how long it would take. The young lady in the office was very helpful and polite. I’ll refer everyone to J&F for there auto repairs. A great place!
