0 stars TERRIBLE – OMG this place totally wrecked my car rebuilt trans failed the next day took it back 2 days they said they fixed no 2 more days clunked out again they took my money from me and now won't answer the phone and havee hung up on me 3 times had to go else were but now no money too fix had to have it done on credit will be calling BBB not sure what to do DISHONEST REPAIR SHOP
HORRIBLE – What a joke this place is wrecked my truck over charged too stay away wish I could get it 0 stars but the lowest is 1
Straight-Forward Guys – JD was straight-forward with me on how much the work and parts would cost. The mechanic was a pretty nice guy.
Five Star Everything – I appreciated how fast and complete the service was. Everything is definitely Five Stars!
Honest and Understanding – JD's Auto repair has been so understanding with money and I can trust them with my car. He doesn't rip you off on your car.
0 stars Terrible – Customer service 0 Stars stay away they are terrible to deal with Dishonest with add on you don't need and over charged too
BAD Place – just too much to say ...dishonest bad work does not know how to fix a simple leak ...........bad customer service for sure
Really Bad Place – This is the place NOT TO GO TO . Crappie Customer Service …Crappie work… Crappie attitude..Crappie High Charges and Very Crappie turn around. All around bad bad bad The guy at the desk seemed nice enough but my car started jerking 3 days after they changed the oil when I called back he yelled he did nothing wrong and how dare I even question him on his work ??? Did not even let me talk and hung the phone up on me
STAY AWAY FROM JD AUTO REPAIR – Customer Service is a nightmare Jim the owner has quite a temper and is in need of a exorcism after watching him flip out with a customer on the phone all I could think was I am in the wrong place and I needed to call my brother the priest. But I need to get my car back …but no it was not ready Jim did not even say one word about his behavior I just witnessed and yelled that he was too busy for it today and come back tomorrow.
