My finger swelled up so badly I had to cut my wedding ring off. I went to another jeweler in brookside and I thought she ruined it. We came to J. David to get it fixed (and replace one of the diamonds that had come out). The staff was so helpful, understanding and the nicest! The price was great and the jeweler (Scott I believe) had it ready way before I thought it would be done- and my ring came out so beautiful! My husband and I will only be coming here from now on.

She helped me every step of the way through the engagement ring process, took the time to explain options clearly, and genuinely had my best interests in mind. She was knowledgeable, patient, and even helped me save money without sacrificing quality. The entire experience felt honest and stress-free. The sales girl, Katelyn(?) I think was her name, but she was amazing!! She was so good at finding what I was looking, she asked me all sorts of questions from what kind of metals I like to the style that would fit me perfectly. Cannot recommend her enough!!!
