We had an excellent experience working with the store manager, Susan M. while shopping for a birthday watch for our daughter. Due to scheduling and logistics, we weren't able to visit the store ahead of time. I have had so much fun redesigning some of my old pieces into pieces I'll wear now. They made my late husband's wedding band into half hoop earrings, my plain birthstone, a sixteenth BD gift, into a ring with stones from my wedding ring, a pair of earrings from purchased stones. It was so much fun. I've also purchased items from their showroom. Working and laughing with the staff has been rewarding. Highly recommend!
The jeweler did an amazing job resizing my men's 10k yellow gold wedding ring. Even polished it up and had it looking new and fresh again. They even threw in a little jewelry bag to keep the ring safe. I can't even tell where the cut was made. Very well done. Would definitely recommend and use their services again. Thanks J. David!
Disappointed to say the least. I decided to go to J David to sell a gold ring because of the ratings on google. Its a quaint store with nice products. I brought my Balfour 14kt gold class ring to sell with gold prices at $4500. I havent worn it in 20 yrs. The ring is solid gold 0.76 OZt with a spot value of $2100 on that day. I was offered $1325. Susan and Brandon at the 101st and Memorial location are always so lovely to me. They are beyond patient when I’m indecisive and then when I’m impatient to see my new pretty thing. They’ve helped us with our wedding sets and other custom designs that have been wonderful. Absolutely recommend working with them. 100/10
