Disappointed to say the least. I decided to go to J David to sell a gold ring because of the ratings on google. Its a quaint store with nice products. I brought my Balfour 14kt gold class ring to sell with gold prices at $4500. I havent worn it in 20 yrs. The ring is solid gold 0.76 OZt with a spot value of $2100 on that day. I was offered $1325. I came to JDavid to resize my great grandmothers ring. Such a beautiful heirloom and precious to me. From the second I walked into the store I was greeted with smiles and felt so cared for. Kinsley is so sweet and kind! She took such good care of me, and I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful, kind and talented Scott is! He’s the talented jeweler who did such a beautiful job on my ring. They are so warm and sweet. I will definitely be coming back for any future jewelry needs!!!

There is a reason this place has so many five-star reviews. We will not go anywhere else. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, especially during a very busy time of year. They took the time to carefully look at a bracelet issue and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and reassuring. Stopped in J David quick today to get my ring repaired. They were able to tighten my diamond quickly and Maelei was so helpful with my chain. Highly recommend!

I always have the best experience here! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they truly go above and beyond. MaeLei is amazing at helping my boyfriend and I find EXACTLY what we love- she really listens and understands our style. She’s outgoing, patient, and always willing to help, whether we’re just browsing or seriously shopping.🩷 The jeweler is also fantastic and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
