Attentive and Professional Joseph has been taking care of my (now, two) rental properties for years. There have been some challenges (court dealings, an eviction..) and lots of maintenance concerns. As a 'non-local' landlord, I really need an attentive manager. I am really glad that one of the loan officers at my credit union suggested JD Homes.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!! This property management company does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Their staff for the better part of a year with renting with their company has been rude, they don't follow through in a timely fashion on calls made to service the property, they hire rinky dink contractors to fix issues on the property, and they are flat out liars!. We just leased our second home with teneka and we love it!. This home is even better than the first. The neighborhood is great and the school system is right where we wanted to be. I would like to purchase this home.
