Attentive and Professional Joseph has been taking care of my (now, two) rental properties for years. There have been some challenges (court dealings, an eviction..) and lots of maintenance concerns. As a 'non-local' landlord, I really need an attentive manager. I am really glad that one of the loan officers at my credit union suggested JD Homes.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!! This property management company does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Their staff for the better part of a year with renting with their company has been rude, they don't follow through in a timely fashion on calls made to service the property, they hire rinky dink contractors to fix issues on the property, and they are flat out liars!. I really enjoyed my moving experience with JD Homes. Tanaka Ana David really took time to help me and my, not so good credit. I didn't think they would be able to help me but I am glad I was so wrong! Thanks for all your help.
