JD Home Rentals are Slum lords. Don't bother complaining about pests or broken appliances, they will just raise your rent. I have only been in my apartment 9 months and my rent has be raised 3 times. 3 of my neighbors have had their cars tow at owners expense because of their contracts with Phoenix towing. They don't fix anything and employ very shady business practices.
