No concerns. Everything went fine.
Exceptional service starts with Patricia and Amanda at the front desk. Yes! The two Dentists, Dr. Herbert and Dr. DuChant are rated number #1 in the Twin Cites. The other professional people whose names I can't remember, my apologes, as they lay the essential ground work expertly in assisting the Dentists
I've been a client of J&D for 30 years. This is their third location downtown. I've always been happy with my care. That's why they've been our family dentist for so many years.
This past experience was just as good as the first. Also, the first time I went in I asked the Hygienist about flossing. Instead of just telling me to do it more, she explained why it's important. Since I know why I should be doing it, I have been actively flossing ever since.
J&D Dental was the first personal service provider that went beyond the phone message reminder of appointments by emailing and texting me reminders well in advance. This allowed me to reschedule if needed or simply remind me of my upcoming appointment. As a result, I have never missed an appointment. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
I love J&D. I drive all the way downtown for appointments because everyone is so nice. They are always so welcoming and the staff is just fantastic. I tried a new dentist once because it was closer to my house and immediately switched back to J&D because their service is so outstanding.
I would not hesitate to refer anyone to J&D Dental. The entire staff are so friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I had an appointment during the work day. I lost track of time and realized I would be about 15 minutes late to my appointment. I called the clinic and they were able to keep my appointment. It was very nice for both of us that we didn't have to reschedule! Thank you!!
