I would give this jerk a 0 if that were an option! I supported his business when he started out. He let my sprinklers freeze in the winter by telling me he was busy! I would not trust him!
I reached out to Daniel for some help with my sprinkler system as it appears that one of the area of my flower bed did not get any water. He was very responsive. Showed up early with his son. He diagnosed that quickly and turned out it was working. Recommend putting some sprinkler head on a small part of the flower bed. Daniel explained things very well and I am immediately reassured that he is a sprinkler expert and he also does many other landscaping work too. Very friendly, knowledgeable, great time management. Did a great job. Already scheduled our line now out for winter.
Daniel did not show up! He told me he was too busy. I waited for him the whole day nevever showed up nor did he attempt to call to let me know he would not be coming! I was one of his customers when he started his business! How soon does he forget!
