Hate to give a bad review, but he ghosted me, and I’m very disappointed by his lack of integrity and professionalism. We have a hydronic systems for our condo and he is supposed to be the expert. He installed a purge valve, but the result was cold water in the shower. He’s blaming the water pressure and the check valves, and his fix was to turn on the heater. Jeff and Norma were fantastic! Some other reviewers mentioned that they come later than scheduled times.
